We at Valkae Artwork© respect your concerns about privacy and value the trust you have placed in us. What types of information does Valkae collect about me, and how do we use the information?
We collect and use information about you to help improve the site, help improve your experience on the site, and to help others get that same experience. Here are the different ways we obtain information about you, and the types of information we obtain, and how that information is used:

Accessing the Website
Everytime you access the website, we have access to only one standard form of information about you; your IP address. The reason that we receive and store this information is to understand the location in the world that traffic is coming from, and to tell how many different people are accessing the site (not from the same computer network). This information is stored and is only accessible by Valkae and is not shared to or with anyone.

Submitting Artwork
When submitting artwork, you are asked to fill out your email address which is the only information we keep during this time. When you submit your form, that email is kept and stored, with records of artwork that you have submitted under that email address. This information is kept in case we ever need to contact you about the specific artwork you have ever uploaded, or certain changes or updates about future "artwork submission" rules/regulations. Your email address is only stored to be accessible by Valkaeand is never given out.

Discussion
In our discussion page, the only information shared and sent to us is your IP address. The reason that we receive and store this information is to understand the location in the world that traffic is discussing and posting from. We also receive this information to store for future postings/discussions by that IP address, in cases of banning users for rule violations. This information is stored and is only accessible by Valkae and is not shared to or with anyone.

Twitter
Valkae does not personally have any ownership with Twitter, or any of it's related services and does not have access to any information you have stored when Following @valkae. The only information that we have access to is public information that is stored on your public profile for anyone else to see. PayPal™
Valkae does not personally have any ownership with Paypal, or any of it's related services and does not have access to any personal information when viewing our Donation page. When you donate an amount of money from your PayPal account, we have access to your information that you have shared via you own personal preferences on your PayPal account. We don't have access to your actual PayPal account, your bank account, credit card information, or anything that is connected to PayPal's own privacy policy. Contacting Us
When contacting us, using our Contact Us Form you are sharing several amounts of information with us, some required, and some not. You are sharing your Name and Email Address (required) and your Country, Web Browser, and information as to how long you have been using the site (not required). With this, your IP address is also obtained and stored. This information is stored for use by Valkae to getting back in contact with you, and the not required information for business use. When contacting us directly at contact@valkae.com, you are sharing information such as IP address, email address, and whatever other information you share in your email message. This information is stored for future contacting use. Whichever way you contact us, none of the information is shared, unless information regarding the site.

How can I review and update or correct my personal information and privacy preferences?
You may review and revise, correct or update any of the information that we have on file about you at any time and you may also learn how we have used it. If you wish to review or update your information or preferences, you may do so by contacting us using one of the options provided below.

How does Valkae update its Privacy Policy?
Valkae services will change over time and this Privacy Policy will be updated periodically to reflect those changes and corresponding changes in our information practices.
